What is the maximum single file size I can backup?

As standard, all paid accounts have the potential to backup single files up to 10GB in size. This is done using drag and drop or instant backup.

In automated, scheduled backups the max file size can be set to 1GB maximum as standard. However, we do offer an add-on service to increase the max file size for automated, scheduled backups to 5GB, this is just 19.95 a year.

You can adjust the maximum file size allowance in Settings > Restrictions. There are no file size settings on Backup Genie mobile apps.
